About the Connors Center

Located only 20 miles from Boston in Dover, MA, the Connors Center is a beautiful estate owned and operated by Boston College. With over 80 acres of manicured grounds, historic architecture, stone walls, and serene gardens, it has the look and feel an English manor. Built in 1902, the property once served as a private estate and is now one of New England’s most breathtaking wedding venues.

Why choose the Connors Center?

Endless photo opportunites

The regal stone mansion and sweeping views of the Charles River basin are the first impression as you enter on a winding road through the property. Unlike traditional ballrooms or hotel venues, a Connors Center wedding offers layers of visual interest from natural beauty to stunning architecture, giving you incredible photo locations both indoors and out.

genuine Privacy

Unlike many typical wedding venues, the Connors Center hosts only one wedding at a time. That means no chance of bumping into another couple or wedding party. You get the entire space to yourselves, making your day feel intimate and exclusive.

Flexible Event Spaces

With the unpredictable weather of New England, it will give you peace of mind that no matter the forecast, you will have a celebration to remember either in the mansion's estate room and parlor or in St. Cecelia's Garden (designed by none other than Frederick Law Olmsted)
